Welcome to SriLor! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using SriLor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
SriLor is the only travel app exclusively built for Sri Lanka. It helps travelers explore hidden destinations, create personalized itineraries, access offline audio guides, and connect with a local travel community.
2. Use of the App
You may use the Service only if:
- You are at least 13 years old.
- You agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
- You do not misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt or access restricted features.
3. User Accounts
Some features require you to create an account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
- You may delete your account anytime via settings or by contacting support.
4. Free Access & Upgrades
As part of our launch phase, SriLor is 100% free for all users.
We may offer optional premium upgrades later, with transparent pricing and benefits.
5. Content & Copyright
- All SriLor provided content, including text, audio guides, and visual assets, is owned by or licensed to us.
- Users may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
- You retain ownership of content you contribute, but grant us a license to display and share it within the app.
6. Community Standards
If you contribute content (reviews, tips, photos), you agree not to:
- Share anything false, harmful, or offensive
- Impersonate others or spam
- Violate anyone’s rights or privacy
SriLor reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates these guidelines.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important. Our use of data is governed by the Privacy Policy. We never sell your information or use it for non-consensual marketing.
8. Disclaimers
- SriLor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We aim to provide accurate and helpful travel guidance but cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of all content at all times.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll notify you of major changes via email or in-app notices. Continued use of SriLor after updates means you accept the new terms.
