The short answer

Email hello@srilor.com. Write to us about corrections to a place, partnerships, press questions or help with the app. Put the topic in the subject line, and include the place name or your phone model where it helps. We read every message and reply as soon as we can, with safety corrections first.

How do I contact Srilor?

Email hello@srilor.com. Inside the app, you can also write to us from the You tab.

What can I write to Srilor about?

These are the messages we get most often. For anything else, write anyway and we will point you in the right direction.

  1. Corrections: a fee, path, timetable or rule that has changed at a place
  2. Partnerships: tourism bodies, guides, hotels and other businesses who want to work with us; our editorial policy explains how we stay independent
  3. Press: questions, interviews and facts about Srilor
  4. App support: signing in, planning a trip, audio stories, offline places and the Island Pass

What should I include in my message?

A few details help us answer in one reply instead of three. Share only what you are happy to send.

  • For a correction: the place, what has changed, when you were there, and a photo or link if you have one
  • For app support: iPhone or Android, your phone model, the app version and what you tapped before the problem
  • For an Island Pass question: the store you bought it from. Never send card details or passwords
  • For press or partnerships: who you are, what you have in mind and any deadline

How quickly will Srilor reply?

We read every message and reply as soon as we can. Reports that affect your safety, such as a closed path or a changed entry rule, go to the front of the queue.

Replies can take longer in peak season. For an Island Pass refund, contact Apple or Google directly, because they handle the payment.

Can Srilor help in an emergency in Sri Lanka?

No, we cannot respond to emergencies. In Sri Lanka, call Police on 119, an ambulance on 1990 or the Tourist Police on 1912. These numbers are also in the Guide in the app.
