We collect two types of information:
a. Personal Information (only if you provide it)
- Name, email address (for sign-up or newsletter)
- Profile details (if you create an account)
b. Non-Personal Information
- Device type, app usage data, location (if enabled)
- Preferences like saved places or search filters

We use the collected data to:
- Personalize your travel experience
- Improve app features and performance
- Send useful updates, like travel guides or app tips (only with your consent)
- Monitor for security and app stability
3. Location Data
You may choose to allow location access to discover nearby destinations or hidden gems. You can disable this anytime in your device settings.

You are in control:
- You can view and update your profile
- You can delete your account anytime
- You can unsubscribe from email updates in one click
We never share, rent, or sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We may use cookies (on the website) or analytics tools to understand user behavior and improve the service. These tools never collect personal data.
6. Third-Party Services
SriLor may integrate with Google Maps, Firebase, or app stores. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

We take reasonable steps to secure your data using encryption, secure servers, and access controls.
8. Children’s Privacy
SriLor is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app.
11. Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to permanently delete your SriLor account and all associated data at any time.
How to delete your account:
Open the SriLor app → go to Profile → scroll to Danger Zone → tap Delete Account
You will be asked to verify your identity before deletion proceeds
Deletion is immediate and permanent — it cannot be undone
What gets deleted:
- Your profile, name, email, and bio
- 2. All posts, comments, stories, and likes
- Trip plans, itineraries, and saved favourites
- Followers, following, and blocked user records
- Notifications and premium entitlement records
- Your login credentials and account access
Need help? If you are unable to delete your account from the app, contact us at hello@srilor.app and we will process the deletion manually within 7 days.
