If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
🔐 How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data in the following ways:
Option 1: From the Mobile App
- Open the SriLor app
- Go to Profile / Settings
- Tap on Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Option 2: Request via Email
If you are unable to access your account, you can request deletion by contacting us:

Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your name
- Subject: “Data Deletion Request”
🗑️ What Happens After Request
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- All personal data associated with your account will be removed
- This action is irreversible
⏱️ Processing Time
- Requests are processed within 3–7 business days
🔒 Data Retention
