What is the Island Pass?
The Island Pass is a one-time purchase in the Srilor app: one payment, no renewal, nothing to cancel. You buy it at the store price shown in the app, through the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android.
There is no subscription and no monthly fee. Once you have bought it, it stays with your store account, for this trip and every trip after.
What does the Island Pass unlock?
Planning your trip is free for everyone. The Island Pass adds three things that matter most once you are on the island.

What stays free without the Island Pass?
Planning stays free, with or without the pass. Fill in your ticket, and Plan my trip or Suggest a plan drafts your trip as a line of towns to sleep in, with the nights in each and the places near every one. You also see honest drive times between towns and a word for every day.
Browsing places, Passport stamps, the Guide with its emergency numbers and the first chapter of every audio story are free too. Nothing is charged unless you choose to buy the pass.
How do I restore the Island Pass on a new phone?
The Island Pass is tied to the store account you bought it with: your Apple ID on iPhone, or your Google account on Android. On a new or reset phone, sign in to that same store account, open the Island Pass screen in Srilor and tap Restore.
If the app says there is nothing to restore, check you are signed in to the store account you used to buy it. If it still does not appear, write to hello@srilor.com and say which store you bought it from, but never send card details or passwords.
Can I get a refund for the Island Pass?
Refunds go through the store you paid, because Apple and Google take the payment. For an iPhone purchase, ask Apple; for an Android purchase, ask Google Play. Each store decides under its own rules and time limits.

Who is the Island Pass for?
It suits travellers who want to hear whole stories at the places they visit, in their own language where it is recorded, and to keep places on the phone for the days without signal. If you only want to plan your trip, the free app does all of that.
