You can delete your Srilor account and everything in it at any time.
In the app (the quickest way)
- Open Srilor and go to the You tab.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete my account.
Your account is deleted straight away.
By email
If you can’t use the app, email hello@srilor.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in, your profile and picture, your traveller ticket, trips, passport stamps, saved places, notes, comments, likes, follows, the pictures you uploaded, your notification settings, your Island Pass record and your usage history.
What we keep
A short record that the account was deleted (the email address and the date), for up to 12 months, to deal with any questions or disputes. Copies in our backups are overwritten after a limited time.
An Island Pass bought from the App Store or Google Play is not refunded by deleting your account; Apple and Google handle purchases and refunds under their own terms.
